A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the contracted minimum is required to confirm your booking date. No date is held without a deposit. Deposits are applied to the final balance.
The full contracted balance — including all minimums, fees, and service charges — is due prior to the start of the event. No exceptions. Payment accepted by all major credit cards or ACH transfer.
A valid credit card must be on file for the host at all times — from booking through the conclusion of the event. Required for all event types including cash and consumption bars.
For consumption or cash bar events, any charges that exceed the contracted minimum will be added to the bill and are due on the same day at the conclusion of the event, charged to the card on file.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@midtownbowl.com.
Final guest count must be confirmed 5 business days prior to the event. Billing is based on confirmed count or actual attendance, whichever is greater. Midtown Bowl complies with all Georgia alcohol regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service. No outside alcohol permitted. 21+ for all bar service. Valid ID required.
